Bleh I am honestly scared to weigh myself, it's not like it truly matters it is just a number and I am totally aware of the size clothes I do (and don't) fit into, and every dimple in my thighs but for some reason the scale is like the ultimate realization that I have let myself go so much over the past 2 years. I am recovering from bulimia, but I swapped obsessing for disregarding. I am happier now with myself but I know I am not healthy. My new health adventure starts NOW!
