Yesterday's was my second cleanse day. It was very different than the first. I did not feel the same senitivity I did the first time. In fact, I felt pretty grounded all day. Maybe this was due to eating the suggested snacks throughout the day instead of sticking strictly to the Cleanse For Life mixture? Maybe also because I ate quite a lot the prior day, whereas last week I ate very cleanly and sparingly the prior two. I got very hungry yesterday evening and decided to go ahead and eat some food. I had a salad, chicken breast, and banana. I weighed in this morning. Down another 4 lbs. Quite a big difference from the first week... and of course there is a part of me that wants quick fix results, but all in all I'm really glad the number was modest this week. I would be concerned if it was in the double digits again. As it is, fatsecret.com recommends losing only 1 lb per week. Although I also expect that looking on a percentage scale, I'm not far off from what would be considered moderate at my height/weight.
