Did the Prevention Magazine Walking DVD, 1 1/2 miles in 20 min. for the Cardio Portion. Was definitely sweating and moving, working all the right muscles as they are all hurting as if I had gone for a walk outside. I think this is good for me to get my ankles in shape, I'll still go for short walks but at the beginning I'm hoping this will help to get my ankles less painful in an environment where I don't have to hobble home - if it's too much right then I can stop and do more later. It was good (now I'm going to go shower and get unsticky!)
