It's Deadlift day!!
So I showed up as soon as the doors opened lol but the gym was full today! The squat rack I wanted to use and of course the smith machine was occupied the whole time I was at the gym. I guess everyone is still trying to work off 4th of July :P
I did half my warm up at home, had my pre-shake at home so I just spent 10 minutes warming up at the gym.
I decided to stick with the easy barbells (some are straight bared).
Sumo Romanian and Romanian style: 1 set 5 50#; 2 set 5 70#
Sumo deads 3 sets 3 80#
Bent over rows 20 reps 20#, 2 sets 10 40#
Bent over rows 2 sets 5 50#, and 2 sets 6 reps with 3 second lower phase 50#
Cable rows (small v bar) 2 sets 10 40#, 10 reps 50#
Foam roll & lying leg lift 10 reps each side
Hip bridge, feet on roll; 10 reps, hip bridge 10 second hold
Incline crunches: 50
Wow was I exhausted! That was the most fatigued I've been in a while.
I came home and made a big breakfast 😍 I'd love a nap but I've got to shower and go to work. This should be fun 😅
