It's day 14 of 30. Today I was ravenously hungry! Up til now, I haven't been very hungry at all. I haven't had any cravings. It's been relatively easy to eat right and follow the cleanse program so far... but for some reason today, I was SO hungry! And in particular, I wanted meat, protein. As a result I sort of binge ate today. Not in the sense that I ate a bunch of junk food- I didn't. But I ate more calories than I have in weeks!

So my thoughts go to several places... Have I been consuming far too few calories? Is it because I worked out really hard yesterday? Do I just need to add more protein to my diet? Is it because I'm not drinking enough water? I've only had two to three liters today and probly only two for the last four days. I believe that the feeling of hunger is often dehydration.... I don't know what the answer is or why.

Tomorrow is my second cleanse day which means no solid food and minimal calories. I'm not sure how an extremely high calorie day back to back with an extremely low calorie day is going to be or what effect it will have on me.
