You'll all be happy to know that I'm being good! I think I've done enough diet wrecking decisions this week to last me a life time! Doesn't it feel good when you know you're following your diet every day? I even wake up smiling, instead of the immediate guilty feeling that I would have otherwise.

I just wanted to check in and say HI...let you all know I'm still kicking over here. My date last night with hubby was wonderful! He's supposed to take me out tonight too since I whined extra loud about all the neglect I'm getting lately! LOL (yeah right!)

So friends, work and exercise is calling me now, so I'm headin' out!!
