Down to 159 today. I'm hoping to stay in the 150s and not go back up to 160. Feeling good about the weight loss, but feeling really sad today for other reasons. It's hard to focus when you're feeling miserable.

Started working out with the Wii Fit last night, I'm hoping that it will lead to faster weight loss. I worked out this morning on it also and I can feel the pain in my legs. It's a good pain though :)
