I did my 2nd sprint triathlon this past weekend. My time was 1 hr, 43 minutes. I beat my time last year by over 3 mintues. All went well, despite a very hot day at 90 degrees for the run.

I was just watching a short video on how ordinary woman make their own lives extraordinary. Bravo! You have accomplished so much, and inspire more than you know! Bravo for reaching your goals and still challenging yourself with new ones. Bravo for showing your kids (and hub) how cool and strong you really are! Bravo for being an extraordinary woman!! I am so proud of you!
