1 pound down, and finally broke the never ending plateau. But even MORE importantly, that pound marks......get this....80 pounds lost!!!
How CRAZY is that !?! Started Jan. 2nd at 246 lbs....today at 166lbs. So everyone.......IT CAN BE DONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
STAY STRONG ! Trust me I know what you are all going through....But, ITS WORTH IT IN THE END !!!!!

Mantra for the Day:
The best way to handle anything in Life is to give it your very best. Push at it until you get what you desire. Give it as many attempts as possible. Perseverance pays at the end.
