yay!!! i will keep it up for the second week, just to make sure i stick with it again but i have no doubts! i was about to go and gorge myself this afternoon with my friend - drinks, chips, chocolate - but my weigh in has made me re think :) i shall enjoy in moderation, b/c i earned it!!!
