You are doing great! Hang in there for the entire Phase 1. I was on a roll and finshed week one doing pretty well, but yesterday I had a party (had to eat cake---yeah, I know...). I gained about 2 and half pounds back in one day! I have done S.B. before and lost a few pounds, kept them off for a couple of years but recently put on more. (Last time I lost about 8 pounds in 2 weeks but put on a pound or so after ending phase 1. This time I am struggling big time.) I just wanted to encourage you to finish the Phase 1 if you can before you add back the carbs. That's how I was successful the first time---and blew it this time! Just a tip. You may not have the same experience at all, but I thought I would pass this on, as I seem to learn the hard way and want to help a fellow SB traveler. ---Gabbi
