Seems my body does not want to budge from where it is at the moment. So, this P3 will not be the same as the last where I kept losing here and there. Oh well! Looks like this is the magic number for me.
On a food note: So difficult for me to record my food during this phase! I make a lot of things at home... and don't record them. Don't think I'm eating les than 1500 calories a day! I'm really not. But, I find no point in recording the food to see the breakdown if it's not accurate.
Going to start cardio this weekend to prep for training in a few weeks! Exciting.
