Yikes, with type 2 and being sedentary, inattention to what I eat gets a scary result: 199 blood sugar this morning. I had not been feeling well because I gained about 6 pounds since last January. Made it harder walking upstairs etc. Wt 192 this morning.

I am sticking to straight and narrow until morning blood sugar is down under 120. Also walking at lunch. Great place to walk on our grounds and the college campus across the street.Blood sugar has been okay since I upped med dosage at Doctor's request.

Recently I have been eating about a cup of hazelnuts and a few dark chocolate cranberry a day. Not a good choice to fill up because it has too much fat and sugar. Goal is car
More veggies, more roughage, and more walking!!

But water pack tuna worked: 10:30 129, by 11:30 blood sugar 99.
