I've been very bad...
It's so easy to slip back into old eating. Since wednesday i had baaad foods... fries, pizza, bread, sandwiches, hot dogs, alot of wine... so I have to get myself motivated to get back into normal eating. I have to admit i don't feel as good as when I eat healthy food.

I don't know why we feel it's so necessary to eat *unhealthy* foods. Sometimes I think we've been totally brainwashed. Anyway, it's clear you will recover from that in a very short time.

Well, it didn't hurt you that bad. just get back in there. Sometimes we need a break so we don't totally lose it!

you can do it, we all get in this situation every now and then, but, we realize having all that JUNK, really was NOT as good as we thought it could be, you know!!!It really is not worth it, i am the same way, I am back on track with ya!!!!Good Luck!

I totally know what you mean, I've been eating a lot of crap too esp. since I haven't had time to get to the supermarket to get 'good' foods...Just get back on track soon :)
