Okay, so I decided that 3,000 Calories was too much. I am back to 2,400~ a day, and with good weight training. My buddy and I have been going to the gym together and I must say... It has helped me to focus so much better on the exercise portion of healthy living. My energy is ridiculously high and I am so determined it is silly. Why do you think 3000 was too much? I've been trying to ratchet up my calories and am finding it difficult to eat when I'm not hungry.
Ideally, I was hoping to be able to eat the maximum number of calories per day to maintain when I hit 190.

Well, I haven't been putting in as much cardio per week, and I am still trying to lose a pound per week (unrealistic). :P I will probably kick it up to 2,600 if I find I don't have the energy levels to sustain my current workout routine.

As long as you are watching your calories, why would it be unrealistic to lose a pound per week? (just curious)
