VEry disappointed in myself today.
I ate too much - but I was hungry! Over 3,000 calories -- eek!
I did not drink enough liquid, either. I just wasn't thirsty.
I must try harder over the weekend.

Thank goodness, fullabella! We just have to learn from our mistakes.
I find that the mornings I do not go to the pool I eat more. Obviously, because I am home and have access to the food!
Also, I ate too much fat yesterday, which made my calorie count high.
I started today better -- have already had 36 oz of water, and pork and kielbasa for breakfast but without mayo, to save the calories.
