Yes, dear friends, I have fallen off the wagon once again. When they say dieting is a way of life they were not kidding.

Tuesday, *sigh* I start Phase 1. For some strange reason I just can not start on a Monday. I will weigh in then, too. I just have not been able to bring myself to even read others journals so I will catch up with everybody on Monday and I hope that you are all doing well on your diets and in your life.

So to each and every one of you out there...

and we are queens! Embrace yourself, love yourself and show them all where to stick it when you be who you are!
