I went biking again for the second day. It was grueling, and hot as balls and I was in a very crappy mood most of the way back. I think I should have taken an off day to let myself recoop from yesterday, but I really wanted to go today. Yesterday morning I was at 210, today I was at 209, so that was good. I have been stuck at this weight range since I got back from vacation, so I have to start doing more to get out of the 200s. I want my lipstick!!!

1. My knees looked sharper today when I was biking, which means I'm starting to lose from that area. That is teh goodness.
2. I hated the bike ride today, but when it's all said and done, I'm glad I had the desire and will to just go.
