Diario de rockytu, 10 ene. 13

i felt bloated all day yesterday.over ate breakfast and lunch.it was good food just too much.and it hurt.portion was better at dinner but i went for dessert.i made sugar free choc. pudding earlier probably knowing i would crave a sweet.today will be much lighter.hated that feeling.can you believe that over stuffed feeling was the only way i used to tell it was time to stop eatting?thank goodness my brain says "you are satisfied" way earlier.i just have to quit chewing and listen.

LOL "listen to my brain and stop chewing' I hear you. And I hate that overstuffed feeling now but like you that was my 'norm'. I shouldn't say I hate it, but its a signal that I've overdone it and that's what I hate too, not being able to know and say - enough. Hope you get on that treadmill, that will make you feel better and drink lots today, I find that helps too.

That is exactly why I started counting calories (as well as carbs). I can eat all day and stay under 20 carbs - but know that too full feeling isn't healthy. Better luck today!
