Wow! I don't think I've ever been so busy training someone to do my job ever... bear in mind that I've only been here on a temp basis and only for 3 months but I've really got my feet under the desk and love this job and training someone to do my job has been really tiring but also rather satisfying! Tomorrow is my last day here and I'm really dreading it! I've made soooo many friends and I'll miss it here! Oh well, onto bigger and better things I guess! Wish me luck!!!!

Oh yeah, this is a dieting site... suppose I better tell you something about that! Hahahaha!

Last night my mother came for dinner which was lovely (I spend 45 minutes washing up after she left... I use too many dishes cooking fattening food!) I made Macaroni Cheese and Tuna Bake which they loved. I popped the leftovers into a tupperware and took it downstairs to our neighbour who recently broke up with his bunny boiler girlfriend - thought he might like a nice warm dinner for a change! How sweet hey? I had poached smoke haddock, mushrooms and carrots - hmmmmm it was lovely! I wasn't tempted to even have a forkful of the tuna bake even though it is my favourite meal of all time! Good Hey?
