I did much better today. It helped that I did not go out to eat in a group, which is when I am at my shakiest. I am going to do better this coming week, I can feel it! And I'm going to start complimenting myself, because yesterday I could barely think of one thing I liked about myself. I am going to build myself up from the bottom, because I have been so negative about myself for so long that I have completely believed all the bullshit that those damn demons of insecurity have been whispering for years. So I am going to start being nice to myself from now on :)
1. I like my super small hands, they make me feel like I'm still young. 2. I like that I have consciously made a decision to grow internally, and not be stuck in the same mindset for the rest of my life. I am refusing to believe that old dogs can't learn new tricks :P
