pretty sure i won't make my goal for the past two weeks. still a loss, but i was hoping to be down to 157 by tomorrow and all week i have been between 158.8 and 158.4. wondering if i hit a small plateau. have been exercising and not eating badly. so hmmm...hopefully i can push through it and get down by the next goal.
