I am in a slump, exercise wise and food wise. I can blame it on the weekend, or phil being back, or my birthday, but I feel like I should have been stronger this time around and able to resist temptations. How do I get back and stop complaining about working out? Someone help, I feel like a failure and I need some helpful input :'(
