Achieved my stretch goal of 183 today which is a 32 lb loss in 77 days, 2.91 lbs per week!
I originally wanted to use the time up until I leave for vacation on 07AUG for my losing period and so I will continue to press on for the next thirty days to see if I can trim another 5 or so lbs of fat off while continuing to maintain muscle.
I would like to see the high 170's before I begin maintenance phase.
