All right, another day to keep up with the commitments while getting ready to travel for work on Monday morning. Just knowing that I have to hit the road makes me want to ditch the sensible eating...Hmmph! I won't allow it...keep you posted!

Whenever I'm going to be on the road, I always make some variation of "muffin" to take with me. Either egg and sausage, egg and bacon, pork and ground beef, and sometimes salmon "muffins". They're really quick and easy, and very filling. Just mix the ingredients you want, put in a muffin tin and bake :)
