I haven’t been eating very well the past week. It is very easy to get off track and hard to get back on track. Being a female is wonderful however I don’t care for some of the things that come with being a woman. The monthly visit from Mother Nature can be difficult when trying to stay away from sweets and craving that come from hormone changes. Once you make an exception or two you find it hard to get back on track. I will continue to march forward one day at a time. If you know any tricks I am all ears and willing to try them.
