Happy happy Monday to everyone... positive energy to everyone..

Was awake at 4am..and on the trainer and peddling in zwift at 5am...actually felt great to get a workout in and over with before eating breakfast for a change..18 miles...80 min..444in calories..yes hill workout along with flat roads today...and my workout is done already...

Walmart in a few...then maybe ride to the barber..for a haircut..been putting it off..have rest of day to get stuff done..also a trip to library..check out the audio books...busy feet burn more calories..then feet reclined in a chair..

Listened to a motivation you tube yesterday..to reinforce my motivation that I wanted to refocus on...I’m thinking..it worked nicely...lol..

Well.. time to get ready to head off to walmart...then back home put it away...and go for a short bicycle ride outside...
