Diario de Time For a Change Mom, 03 ene. 13

Day 2, doing ok so far. Wish everything in life was not focused on food, or at least in my world. Feel like I am moving in slow motion. Minute by minute, meal by meal. I have to do this this time. I am tired of being angry at my body. It is all my own doing.
