Today has been my worst day ever since I've started this, as far as eating. I was active all day, but I don't really know how to measure the activity other than to say that I wasn't resting. I don't want to get into a rhythm of eating out, which is what has happened all weekend. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to gauge my eating of junk food and that I did not work out as much as I should have.

try calorieking.com if you are ounting calories, its a good way to find out what you can plan to eat B4 you go out to eat and make sure you not going off trak, its my right hand... nake sure you have a few options if you all are not sure where you are not going or are not sure what you would like to eat, its the easiest way for me, being that im on a calorie count! just a suggestion...
