Diario de Mebird, 31 dic. 12

Well it is the last day of the year, I am really encouraged and excited that I made it through a year with a permenant lifestyle change and determined to keep it up! I did pretty good during the holidays, could have done better but that is water under the bridge now. I look forward to getting back into my routine and healthier eating this next year. Hoping to invoke some others to make some changes and get on the journey with me. I am thankful for so much most all my wonderful husband for his support and my great kids. I am looking to 2013 to be a fantastic, prosperous year all around. God has blessed us through another year, He is so amazing. Looking forward to learning more and trying more on this journey to great health and great shape. HAPPY NEW YEAR out there!
