Dear Journal,
I have a great update on my spinning class……….I am happy to say I haven’t quit! YEAH ME! Today is my 9th class and I am keeping up with all the skinny b-ladies and great looking men, LOL! HA-HA! Even though there are black lights in the spinning class, I’m wearing tight fitting workout clothes and feeling sexy and fabulous! The seat isn’t hurting my booty anymore! I guess she had to get use to it.
For the first time, I took my little girls to the daycare at the gym. The one year old wasn’t feeling it but my two year old loved it. We all came home and passed out for the night! Why didn’t I take them before? I had no idea they would be so tired!!!!!!!!!!
Sunday I will start The Couch-to-5K Running Plan. I know this sounds funny and maybe someone will agree with me but I am terrified of running! I don’t want anyone to see me so I am getting up super early in the morning! Maybe one day I will get over this like I did taking a spinning class at Bally’s. BTW I am also a little scared running in my (not very safe) neighborhood but I will be praying as I run, LOL! Hopefully I can outrun the pit-bulls……
Maybe this weight will start falling off soon..........
