Well I fixed my scale this morning I think it's now working fine. It is a wonderful saturday evening with the exception of the Montreal Canadians here having lost their game and are now out of the playoffs. A few weeks ago they WON a series (or is it called a round??) and we had a riot of victory, people setting police cars on fire. It was a mess. (seriously, montrealers are a little tooo serious about their hockey). Now that they have been eliminated from the Stanley Cup... let's just say I wont be going downtown tonight :).
So at 265 lbs. I had a good day but i missed breakfast which totally threw me off. I felt a bit ill but that is my fault. I woke up too late and almost ran late for work. Overall I did ok but i cheated tonight i had an extra wrap with a few more leftover pepperonies from lunch... so my calorie count is higher than usual. But apparently thats ok since i should be eating more in the first place.
Like everyone moving to phase 2 I am super worried about gaining more weight from carbs but I've been assured that is not the case.
2 more days until i have my wisdom teeth and so far bought some chocolate pudding, apple puree (apple sauce), milk, and eggs. Tomorrow going to see if i can find more soft foods. I might be some yogurt and chocolate milk? My parents have warned me that I will be in so much pain i won't even feel like eating anything that isnt very soft. Oh, i'll also get no sugar added fudgesickles as well to put something cool in my mouth :)
I wish everyone a good day and hope for a pleasant sunday.

Oh no! lol Sorry, but nearly half of the horror stories aren't even 1/2 true. I work as a dental hygienist and most often, people are scared out of their wits, but usually do quite fine with a little ibuprofen and that's all. Granted, some have a tougher time of it, but I'm sure you'll do better than you've been made to think. ;) You'll figure out what sounds good after a day or two. Get lots of rest and no straws or extreme heats and you'll be fine. Good luck!
