Went biking w my bear today, 21 miles. It was the first time since vacay, so about 2 weeks, but really longer since I only did 5 miles in texas. It was hard but I was able to do it, with motivation from my babe. I was afraid of getting back on bc I felt like I'd have to start all over but it wasn't too bad. I'm still very sore, hopefully I can go again tomorrow. My knee is effed up, so I took it easy when I went to play tennis today. Very very easy, I barely moved :P
