Hey guys haven't posted in a few days, hows everyone doing?! Did 3 days at the gym this week and I am soo SORE. But its a good sore I feel stronger and more flexible since I started going. I take the strong classes taught by the personal trainers and they are amazing! Every week its a different workout so you don't get bored and you burn like 700-1000 calories in an hour! Pretty proud of myself that Ive continued to stick with it.✔💯💪🏻
