Well even after falling out with my boyfriend I am still managing to keep on track. I am on day 10 and still going strong. I've decided not to jump on the scales for a couple of weeks and then hopefully I'll get a nice little surprise. I already feel much better for eating healthily. Last time I lost weight it took until about 2 stones before I actually started to feel any proper difference in clothes etc so I'm not expecting miracles. But this time I will keep at it and keep plodding along, even when times are hard. I know I can do this!
Note to self - must get back to the gym within the next week!!
