Haven't been keeping up with my food journal these past few weeks but back on track now. Been feeling depressed lately and I can't seem to figure out the cause of it. I have had bouts of major depression in the past but I haven't one a major one in almost 10 years. Even some of my friends and family have noted that I haven't been myself lately. Well, I have a doctor's appointment in two weeks I'll bring up with my doctor and see what she says. One of my friends thinks that it most likely hormonal changes and/or vitamin issues since I have lost so much weight this year.
