Still in ketosis ...GF on keto also goes by a meter reading for ketosis as I was at her home for a visit on Friday she had also questioned my being in ketosis so
she has 2 different types of testing meters.... I tested to appease her lol
one stated I was definitely in ketosis and of course the other stated I wasn't...
But my body after 3 weeks is in the state...
Im feeling great... full of energy... losing weight/ inches... fruity breath etc tells me Im on the right side of it....
I wont weigh again from last Monday until a month has passed
I try to focus on what Im feeling and looking and yep I don't trust a scale either lol
I measure ..when I began 3 weeks ago my waist was 32.5 Hips 39.75 thighs 22 so as of 4/1/2019
my waist is now 30.5 down (2 inches) hips 38. down (1.75) inches and thigh 20. down (2 inches)….DOWN.... ...yay!....
So the process is working on my body.... from my passed experience it takes time and you must go in with just trusting the process...it will work but I don't put a time limit on it...
Saturday was a higher carb day for me but I kept my calories moderately low and most foods were on plan except the sf French vanilla coffee I got when out shopping with hubby..
I hadn't checked the macros for it (mistake) and it was close to my daily allowances of 20 carbs for now... I just increased my fat intake and felt fine...still hydrating drinking all water... no soda...and of course my coffee too and working on my macros...
Need to still get my exercising strength training wts etc together not on a schedule yet.
