Allergies..... headache.....sneezy.....itching. Blek! I feel terrible today~ and to make matters worse, I'm on call and have to go in soon for a case. Who in the heck schedules routine procedures on Sunday? Oh well.... I will get over it. I usually don't mind, it's just cause I am feeling "foggy". Breakfast was good today~ I used my carbs this morning simply because I feel sluggish and decided I needed some pick me up. Worked a little, but not as well as I wanted~ and now I'm going to attempt to remain carb free the rest of the day. Good luck with that! LOL Happy Sunday everyone! Off to work....
