well i learned a valuable lesson due to eating a burrito at taco bell and oh my i had the most horrible 2 days on friday and saturday i will never never ever go there again...
im eating on the bland side of my hital hernia now so i will never forget hpow the night i felt so bad when i ate the wrong foods...
