Unscheduled cheat day...ordered a trenta green tea...forgot to tell them unsweetened...drank 3/4 and realized it had demons in it. Cheat day started. Ate a slice of cheesecake cake to boot in the evening. Started a 24 fast 7/7. Hope I get bounce back to ketosis with that. Just powered through good weight workout and mild cardio this AM.
