After a week away with hubby, I'm 1kg heavier. We didn't eat too much, but did indulge in some cake with coffee and clearly ate more than we would at home, with less options for me to choose well. So, now 3kg heavier than I'd really like to be, I am doubling down to try to lose those 3kg.
