I'm so proud of myself! I woke up early to start my new morning workout plan and pushed myself harder. I increased both my speed and incline today. I know I can do this the right way if I stay consistant. I was so tempted to start a liquid diet after watching some youtube videos last night...I want to be healthy, happy and comfortable with my size...so I need to change my lifestyle to fit my goals...THERE IS NO QUICK FIX!!!
