It is Spring; I feel it is time for a change. I want to get healthier & feel better about myself. I got married close to a year & half ago and I have let myself go a little. I let stress get to me and I reach for food. I am gonna start with slim fast for a while to see if it will help me. Then I will probably gradually try my own thing. I am going to incorporate more outside activities since it is warming up outside now. Wish me luck!
