Diario de meeel, 30 nov. 12

Since yesterday I'm really hungry because I haven't been eating enough these past few days, last night I had 10g of white chocolate 3 mnms and 1peanut butter cup . Tonight I'm going to a party with my Zumba bodies , its going to be a lots of food and drinks out there, so this morning I'm going to run 6miles , then tonight go to the gym do 1h cardio before I leave

Just accepted your request. I was checking out your latest post and HAD to reply :o) If you are eating high fat low carb, PLEASE do not eat sugar, you WILL gain. I noticed you are not logging all your food in this week so I can't tell how many calories you've been eating. I have been low carbing for 1.5 years. I have been doing VERY well up until the last two weeks. I have consistently been 114-117 for over a year BUT I recently went up to 117.4 & got excited. So, I tried Weight Watchers for 2 days. Big mistake, I gained weight. I should have kept with low carb but I got antsy. Now I have to do induction all over again UGH. Anyway, the whole point of 20 carbs or less is to kick yourself into ketosis. If you have sugar OF ANY KIND, it will not happen so you would be wasting your time trying to stick to 20 carbs or less. If you don't have the latest book THE ATKINS REVOLUTION, I would suggest getting it. I refer back to it all the time. Please don't think I am being critical, I just want to help & if you truly want to lose (like I do) you have to stick to the book or it REALLY doesn't work. :o) Feel free to message me any time if you want to talk.

Oh, I just saw that you run! I run too but I am taking a month off (which is killing me & probably why I gained a few pounds too), because of back pain. But I am curious to see if I can lose on low carb WITHOUT excerise.

I'm really new on this this web site , still learning how it works . when I saw you , I saw that you don't have a lot to loose , like me , you like to run , I do too , saw I thought that we could support each other . I'm a party girl who enjoy life , friends & family get together , that's a part of me that I can't take out. When I don't log my calories is because I'm out there partying and lost count of what I have been eating, i have no chame about. I totally know that I can't eat sugary food while I'm watching my in taking carbs . But one thing that I'm sure is that I'm going to make it . AND without Atkins because I really don't like Atkins . And where do you see high fat feel free to delete me
