Post holiday blahs. Back to square 1. Got on the scale this morning - back at my heaviest. Gave myself a good talking to. No more excuses. Did my ab work and went for a 4 mile run. Getting house organized and paperwork done and then start 30 day shred and STICK WITH IT this time!!! Day 1 - check!
