Well, Thanksgiving weekend and 4 days off work no damage done. Maintained my wait and did a good job not overeating. I did falter yesterday "stress-eating". I was working on homework and trying to get laundry done and thinking of all the other little things I should have gotten accomplished, but I am well aware of that being the issue so I know I should just go easier on myself.
