Decided to continue 16/8 fast to a 36 hour fast. Saturday 9 pm to Monday 2 pm. Was difficult Sunday evening, hunger thoughts...drank green tea to calm down. Was all good after until morning and into noon. Got hungry but not overly hungry towards the end of fast. Going to have bone broth to break fast. Next couple of days of 16/8 I am expecting maybe a loss. But good experience to go through... I did not die of starvation or pass out. Still hit gym both mornings...and good workout. Looking forward to continuing fasting.
