Hey there stranger. How are things going medically. Have they figured what's going on yet? 

keli hey!!! ^_^ got all figured out, only thing is, I'm having to play the hurry up + wait game..>.< got to have a total hystectomy due to ovarian cysts and scar tissue built up down there..and also kidney surgery thereafter due to 4+ kidney stones and i only have one kidney to begin with..so lots going on...just cant get in for the first surgery till august 12th :( then will take about 6 weeks to heal and then hopefully in to have kidney surgery thereafter..if am able...either way..stones will need to be dealt with as soon as they are able...also have set up an appt for pain management ..only they cant even get me in till july 12th so in the meantime, i'm suffering quite a bit sorry to say...but tryint to stay in good spirits...its hard but im doing the best i can...been borrowing meds from a neighbor to help me get by as my doc is being a bastard...i dont understand when he knbows all im going thru..o.0 so this way i can try to work out some along with dieting..started crunches and stretching two days ago and yesterday...thought i was gonna die..feel better today and am gonna work out again ..every other day for as long as im able...doing the best i can with the atkins stuff...fall off the wagon from time to time but shit happens..so hows thing in Keli's world going with fam and diet lemme know, so happies to hear from ya with love <3 dar  

I am so happy to hear from you. I feel awful for all that you are having to go through but at least you can finally get it behind you once it's all over with. Drs don't seem too considerate when you tell them you are in pain. Dh is going through this with his Drs. Noone wants to give him crap. Then my pain management specialist just gives away the prescriptions like there is no tomorrow. When I asked about something else because the orginal ones made me a zombie, they called in another one w/o a second thought. Hopefully they will get you some. That or go see another Dr. There is no reason why they should make you suffer anymore than you already are.  

i know it seems everyone else i talk to is Not having any problems with getting the meds they need. and I with all they know i am experiencing..they will not to shit.its horrible..they make me feel as if im just an addict of sorts looking for something to get high on..i told them ..if that were the case then i would just go on the street and get the shit..i mean common..im really pissed since when my doc of 25 years last week wouldnt even help,he just keeps suggesting pain mgmt as do the rest so imma try pain magmt and this shit better work..or i will hit the streets..i cant take this shit any longer its been long enuff..well i hope ur hubby is doing better soon (dh is ur hubby right)? i hope so or ill feel like an ass, lol.. hoping it doesnt stand for dickhead...lol jk being silly....and o hey btw my earings still fit too...lol ur so funnies thanks for touching base and caring..and making me laff love ya <3 

Yeah DH (hubby) is having problems. His neurosurgeon says he needs back surgery and can confirm his diagnosis, but still doesn't want to prescribe anything. But they can't do surgery because of his Grave's disease. Once they can get that under control, then they can do the surgery. But still - no one wants to prescribe anything.  

You made me think of something unusual - my dad has 3 kidneys. I don't know if they all function but he has 3. He probably needs all three for all the beer he drinks. That is horrible that they won't give you pain meds. I have trouble with ovarian cysts too and they can be very painful especially when they rupture. On top of that you have the kidney stones. Can you get a different doctor? I know some doctors are horrible about giving out pain meds and they do treat you like you are just after pills or something. Ibuprofen seems to work best for my female problems but I bet you need something stronger for your kidney stones. 

i have a cousin who had three kidneys had to have one removed as it really served no purpose...and yeah that is strange..lol i have recently made an appt with a pain magmt doc, so waiting to see how that goes..cant even get in there till the 12th of july..o.0 so like i said, its hurry up and wait..>.< luckily my neighbor and i switch meds from time to time...thank god for neighbors..lol sorry to hear what all ur hubby is going thru good luck to him as well...back surgery was something else i was considering from a long ago motorcycle accident which left my spine a little off and i have several pinched nerves whcih cause lotsa problems in my lower back legs and hips..neck too even..but im hoping to get the back injections as soon as i speak with this pain mgmt doc..will keep ya posted love ya have a great thursday...
