Having a GREAT first 10 days of intermittent fasting. Got excited with drops but i think most was water weight. But was still cool seeing sub 206 pop up on meter just before ending a day of fasting. Had only a couple of days being hungry a couple of hours before breaking fast but still made it to designated break time. Gym work outs are good... Found rowing is a cool and relaxing thing. I can close my eyes and just row with no fear of tripping or stumbling. Still walking and a little weight training. 9pm to 1pm fast window. 1/9 eating. I have not cheated for 10 days. My resources for IF is good ole youtube. Ty to all for your support. Be Well!
