Fried Cabbage with onion, garlic and BACON Grease !Plus, some Turkey Smoked Sausage = Loads of calories on a LCHF diet.. Fat Girl hungry...….. Skipped lunch due to appointments.. Smh.. I need HELP on this plan..

It looks good. What kind of help do you need? Just ask away. My one tip right now would be to read labels and not buy protein foods with carbs in them

liv001- That's what I was needing help with !My turkey sausage had TOO many carbs..

Yea so that is just a matter of selecting the lowest carb options in the store. Many processed meats will have wheat and sugars added and the carb count can be high. So rely on whole foods. But if you buy processed read the label in the store and select the ones with as low carb as possible
